Many people have crowded or crooked teeth. With orthodontic therapy, these teeth will be straightened or moved into a better place. This can improve the appearance of the teeth and the way they bite together, as well as make them easier to clean.

Types of orthodontic treatments we can offer you:

Fixed braces

Braces work by applying moderate pressure to teeth over time. Your orthodontist will create a treatment plan just for you, one that will progressively shift your teeth into their ideal locations. Your braces are continually working to give you a beautiful smile with the least amount of discomfort possible. The brackets and archwire are the two most important parts of your braces. Brackets are metal bits that are attached to each tooth. The archwire is curved to match your ideal bite. The archwire connects all of the brackets and exerts pressure on the teeth.

Clear aligners

Clear aligners are a discreet alternative to traditional braces for straightening your teeth. The Invisalign system is a series of transparent, removable aligners that are custom-fit to your teeth. Custom-fit aligners are worn over the teeth and can be removed and changed at any time by the patient. They should be worn for approximately 22 hours per day, with breaks for eating, drinking, brushing, and flossing. Every week, you’ll throw away your aligners and start wearing the next set in your custom-made sequence of Invisalign aligners, helping your teeth to move closer to their ideal positions. Invisalign clear aligners may be ideal for you if you want to smile both during and after your orthodontic treatment.
